Aviemore Dog Park and Kinrara Dog Park are intended to be fun areas, but must also be a safe place for all.
Kinrara Dog Park is run and operated by Aviemore Dog Park Ltd and as such falls under their liabilities as a whole.
By booking the park you agree to the rules and T&C’s
Do Not Enter!! Unless you have a booking!!
Wait until the person before you has left the area! (Their dog might be reactive/dangerous!)
Return the padlock to the gate behind you to secure the area.
Please leave the area as you found it.
Pick up all poop.
Do leave on time and make sure all gates are secured.
No fires in the area!
Please remove all food stuffs/treats (some dogs have sensitive dietary requirements)
Please arrive and depart on time. Avoid arriving early as there is possibly a nervous and/or reactive dog using the facility.
If there is a car still in the carpark please be patient and wait in your car until they have left the car park. (Other users might be using the area to train/exercise an aggressive, nervous or reactive dog!!)
If the other user is still in the park at your start time then please call, you must remain in your vehicle until the other user has left. (Safety for you and your dog)!
All dogs must be kept on a lead until entered into the secure Park
Don’t forget your dog water, bowl and toys!! (We do not provide these as there is a cross contamination risk).
Please ensure you leave the carpark as promptly as possible. (Other cars might have a reactive dog in the back).
Do ensure you close and secure all gates when departing! Leave the park as you found it.
Dogs must be up-to-date with medicals (Vaccinations, flea, ticks & worm prevention).
Do Not Enter the Park if your dog or any dog it lives with has suffered or is suffering from any illness or has/had diarrhoea, Cough, Vomiting etc. in the last 72hrs please get in touch to rearrange or refund.
It is advisable to walk your dog on a leash around the perimeter fence to check its suitability before letting your dog off. (Badgers can tear through the fencing, trees and branches can fall, Vandalism). Great excuse getting your dog to heal before going for zoomies. If there are any defects or improvements needed please get in touch.
We are always open to suggestions and would like to hear from you.
Please keep your ‘pack’ in check including the smaller humans!
Please discourage dogs from making excessive noise whilst using the park.
Keep an eye on your dog this is their play time and your time to bond, be a play mate.
If we wanted a hole we would give you a spade! Please Discourage digging!
Strictly NO Smoking there is trees, branches and dead foliage around!!
Please NO BBQs gas stoves or any other heat source you are surrounded by vast forested areas!!
You only have 50 minutes by the time you have walked around checking the suitability of the facility there is not enough time to cook food properly!!
Children are welcome when accompanied by an appropriate adult.
Appropriate footwear should be worn; the ground is natural, undulating under foot, slippery and uneven.
The park is located in a country setting amongst wild animals & close proximity to the main roads on occasion it may be visited closely by the sheep please assess the suitability for your dogs needs.
Keep the area clean and tidy and take your litter home!
Please ensure that all treats are eaten some dogs may have specific allergies.
Please take all you litter home with you, including any toys you have brought.
Group bookings must maintain a ratio 4:1 dogs to adult. Professionals please contact us in advance.
If you are inviting friend and family ensure they have all read and agree to the T&C’s.
Ensure all the dogs get along together before letting them off the leash.
Make sure you pick up the dog poop!!!
We understand that the occasional “Covert Poop” might happen and be left there on occasion. If you so happen to stumble upon a “Covert Poop” please Bag it & Bin It, it’s nice to be nice!
There are bags provided around the fence and there are bins located around the park and next to the gate. There is a recycling bin for anything that can be recycled.
The equipment provided is for the benefit of our four legged friends ONLY, to keep them happy, health, engaged and fit.
Train and encourage you dog to use the equipment in a safe manner, never lift dogs onto the equipment, never push a dog to perform if its not physically or mentally ready.
Check the equipment is safe to use, caution must be applied in wet and/or cold weather, any defects should be reported immediately.
Any change of circumstances must be communicated at the earliest possible time.
Changes can be accommodated so long as there is enough notice given.
Any cancelations must be notified 24 hours in advance of the scheduled booking slot.
Aviemore Dog Park has no intention what so ever of using/passing on/selling your information in any way, other than its own administration for booking and communications.
Aviemore Dog Park will retain your information for a set period of time in line with our Insurance policy and process of payment referrals. We need your name and address to process/trace payment details/history and your email/mobile number to send you the access code and receipt.
We use a third party to process booking on our behalf, by booking you agree for us to pass on this information to administer the booking process.

You enter the park at your own risk; Aviemore Dog Park, its management or staff will not accept any responsibility or liability for the death of or injury and illness of any person or dog, or damage to any property. Aviemore Dog Park accepts no liability for any losses, claims, actions, damages, costs, expenses or other liability incurred whilst onsite. Yours and your dogs' behaviour and actions are your sole responsibility and no claim can be made against Aviemore Dog Park.
In the event of extreme weather conditions Aviemore Dog Park may deem it necessary to cancel your booking, wherein we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of cancellation and will endeavour to arrange an alternative date and time if available.
It is your responsibility to ensure your pet is fully insured for all eventualities. Aviemore Dog Park must make you aware that: you are liable for any damage caused inside and outside the park by you, your dog(s) or any part of your party. All dogs must be covered by their own third party insurance/public liability insurance.
Dangerous Dog Act 1991: It a a condition precedent to liability that for any dog which is a banned breed under the dangerous dog act 1991 and/or subsequently amended within the United Kingdom the following guidelines are strictly adhered to.
Our fences are regularly checked to ensure that they are dog proof but no liability can be accepted for any dog that escapes – under, over or through the fence.
You park your car in the car park at your own risk.
Aviemore Dog Park accepts no liability for any losses or damage suffered whilst using the company’s facilities.
Responsibility, Release and our Assumption of Risk: The client acknowledges and confirms that the services offered may be an endeavour in which damage or injury to animal(s) and/or persons may occur. The client assumes full financial responsibility for the actions of their animal(s) and any person(s) in their party within their booking. The clients understand and is aware that the Services described in this Agreement contain inherent risks and dangers which could result in injury, damage or/and death to and/or by the client’s animal(s) which may occur resulting from, but not limited to, the risks of rural settings such as undulating ground, holes, or floods, the hazards of all types of traffic, dangerous dogs and animals, their interactions with people and other animals, dog aggression, dog attacks, injury to animals or people, exposure to areas with novel or unfamiliar stimulus, all types of weather and/or unsafe conditions, the dangers of civil disturbance and the forces of nature. In consideration of, and as part of the recompense for the Services provided herein, I/We the client have and do hereby expressly assume all of the above risks. The terms of this agreement shall serve as the release and express assumption of risk for myself, my animal(s), my guest(s), my heirs, assignees, administrators, executors, and all members of my family, including any minors.
You have read and fully understand the provisions and the legal consequences of this release and assumption of risk and I hereby agree to all its conditions, especially noting and agreeing to the release of Aviemore Dog Park and all its agents, employees, officers, directors, associates, affiliated companies, subcontractors, and related individuals to the degree permitted by law, from liability for death, injury, harm or damage to or by my animal(s), and you assume all risks thereof and full financial accountability for the actions of you and your animal(s).
Aviemore Dog Park may use their discretion to stop and end the contractual arrangements at any time that a pet poses a danger to the safety or health of itself or other dogs, people or employees.
Severability: If any provision of this contract is deemed to be unenforceable for any reason, this will not affect the legitimacy and enforceability of any other provision of this contract.
Either client or Service Provider has the right to terminate this Agreement at any phase by notice to the other. Client accepts that Services will cease upon dissolution of this Agreement. This Agreement supersedes all other arrangements, written or oral, between Client and Service Provider.
